In a village father and son was been .The son is angry person. he would often get angry . 0ne day he scolded his mother without control .His father watched out that .Immediately father called his son .He gave some Nail to his son. Whenever you get anger you have to take the nail and hit on wall he said .his son also followed . He realized few days after. hitting nail on the wall was difficult rather than get angry . Then he completely avoided get angry. One day he met his father he said I am completely stopped get angry . Father told his son take it out the nail from the wall .Immediately he went to take it out nail from the wall. In a phase he took it out all nail from the wall .then his father said to his son you did easily hit the nail on wall even same easily did took it out also from the wall but when you took it out all nail from the wall its trace non disappear yet . Same like when you scold someone the words is may disappeared but which is happened in mind impact is none disappear .So as much as possible try to avoid Angry..
